		<description>I have had only a few phone calls where the caller has made me uncomfortable with the direction they are leading the conversation.  At that moment in time, I stop them and assure them what my policies are and ask whether they comfortable continuing with the conversation or if they might be interested in locating someone more qualified to help them.  

It is not a judgment of their choices, simply knowing whether we will develop rapport.  The funniest (to me) are those who call for a significant other, wanting me to convince them that the callers desires are more appropriate than their own.  To those, I repeat, have your loved one call me if this change is their desire.</description>
