		<description>Ah, headsets ... or, as I sometimes call them, "Borg implants".  ;^)

Plantronics makes some good ones.  Another that does a very nice job at picking up voices and leaving out most background noise is the &lt;a href="http://us.jawbone.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Jawbone&lt;/a&gt;.  Julie, my girlfriend, has one of those and it does amazingly well.

For my money the ultimate, from a phone hypnosis standpoint, is still &lt;a href="http://www.skype.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Skype&lt;/a&gt;.  Even a bad Skype connection, when it happens, is still way more clear than a good cell phone connection.  There's also a side benefit specifically for hypnosis:  when using stereo headphones, there's a sensation of the hypnotist's voice coming from inside the listener's head.  Use a high-quality microphone and a Skype call can be extremely pleasant and effective for the listener.
