Are You Celebrating World Hypnotism Day?
Happy World Hypnotism Day!!!
Today is a really big day for the hypnosis community. It is a day when we all get together to help educate the world about the positive aspects of hypnosis. Granted everyday is World Hypnotism Day here on the Transparent Hypnotist, but I feel a pang at the idea that I am still on travel and this post is the only contribution I am currently able to make.

Therefore, my Sunday Question is – what are you doing for World Hypnotism Day?

Yes I am celebrating! I have had amazing coverage in my area, television interviews, newspaper articles and mentions in many local publications. I gave a talk on beating the recession blues. We are going to follow up with a prosperity experiment that I am very excited about.
I appreciate Tom Nicoli for all his efforts to make WHD as great as it is.

YES! World Hypnotism Day 2009 - the Fifth Annual WHD and it’s TODAY!
Along with all the behind the scenes work we do to help everyone around the world with their WHD events I will personally be attending an open house celebrating World Hypnotism Day at The Self Centre in Winchester, MA USA with host Pearlan Feeney-Grater.
Thank you to everyone for making WHD a reality and building upon the momentum we started 5 years ago. And always much thanks to Debbie Lane for her good work and her gratitude… much appreciated Debbie.

Unfortunately today was just another work day for me, as well as an unexpected job of helping my mother get her yard raked (after the big storm over a week ago, with a yard with several old oak trees, you can imagine the dead branches on the ground.)
However, one of my goals that I am putting together is to do something next year.

I celebrated here in Austin, Texas with a lovely 2-hour demo, discussion, and session. My experience was that of a very favorable reception, although one of the attendees had several questions about my qualifications. Those got answered and the audience experienced two wonderful group hypnosis pieces: one on gratitude, and a generative piece for creating the you with lots more of what you want.
Lots of positive feedback, all around. I’m definitely doing this next year, and will do a lot more to build the buzz for best success.
