@HypnoMedia I suppose I always knew that they might have a sense of humor (luckily my dealings with such souls has been limited). Wolff & Byrd sounds like a fun thing. I’ll have to do a search for it.

Lawyers can have a sense of humor: its true!

For several years, cartoonist/writer/artist Batton Lash produced a comic strip for the National Law Journal entitled “Wolff & Byrd: Counselors of the Macabre”. The tag line for the comic was “Beware creatures of the night! They have lawyers!”

It would have made a great 1/2 hour sitcom: just imagine “Night Court” crossed with “The Addams Family” with the two lawyers (and their faithful office secretary Mabel) as the straight men for all the chaos.
