I'm extremely inspired along with your writing talents and also with the layout for your blog. Is that this a paid subject matter or did you customize it your self? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it's uncommon to see a nice weblog like this one these days..

Generally I do not post on blogs, but I would like to say that this post really forced me to do so! I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Your site and posts are very interesting ! Thanks for providing such a great resource. With so many junk sites out there it's refreshing to find one with valuable, useful information ! I'll be back to read regularly !
Thanks,
Jeanine

Hi,
Glad you liked the cake recipe...
When I work with clients who want to enhance their sports performance I take a two-stage approach... First I give them the homework of looking at people who are already good at the sport, whose personality and techniques fit with the client (a bit of modelling) and have a chat with their coach (if they have one), then I discuss what their goals for improvement are and do lots of rehearsal in hypnosis and give them rehearsal for homework. I find that the more rehearsal they do, the quicker they improve. It can be quite effective as well to slow down and speed up the rehearsal so they can experience things 'frame by frame' and also when experimenting with different techniques they can fast forward to see how things turn out. I have used hypnosis for horse riding, particularly to learn dressage tests and found it really useful. By the time I got to do the test it felt as though I had done it 50 times (well I had, just in my imagination). If you want an amusing person to watch bowling - try Fred Flintstone in the Flinstones movie.... perhaps not someone to model though.... Kate.
