Yes, I have dreamed in both color and black and white - mostly color though. Sometimes I just get these feelings and they usually pass just as fast as they came but they leave me a little unsettled as I try to figure them out - especially if they had a "flashback" or mental picture with them. It's like having amnesia and slowly getting your memory back.

No, I've not thought about regression - I was hypnotized one time and I don't remember any part of it but my husband at the time did and it was a bit scary for me.

I love the topic of deja vu and speculating about it. A lot of people believe in past lives as a potential cause or even genetic memory. Then there is the whole universal consciousness that could explain it. Have you ever thought about having a regression done?

As for my dreams, I find that upon waking if I write everything down that I remember, I will forget about it as the day progresses, then something will happen that seems really familiar, but isn't. If it stays with me, I may look through my journal and sure enough, I will find it (depending on my patience level. LOL).

And yes, I do dream in color fairly consistently (I can't recall any being black and white). I think it may differ for people. I have run across some who tend to dream less visually, but in ideas or thoughts. Have you ever dreamed in black and white?

Yes, I have and it is really for lack of a better term a wierd feeling. We will visit a place and I get a feeling - not sure but I like the feeling but it will leave just as quickly as it came but I'll have some kind of memory like I have been there before......not sure.... happens now and again or I will just have what I call "flashbacks" of a memory but I've never experienced that particular memory that I "remember". Really really hard to explain.

In your dreams, do you wake up not remember and then over the day you get flashbacks of the dream in bits and pieces? Do you dream in color? I have heard conflicting information but I certainly have dreamed in color.

Good heavens, a definite yes. I am a big believe in synchronicity and connectivity. A lot of times though, I can attribute deja vu to my dreams (I keep a dream journal). I suspect you have experienced such things, what do you think?

Have you ever felt like you were someone else in another era? Do you sometimes have the deja vu moment but no clue where that moment came from?
